Use The 3-6-9 Method

The 3-6-9 Method is one that many people have found helpful during their manifestation process. It is based on the rule of three, which states that three of anything (or multiples of three) is more satisfying or effective than any other grouping. This version seems to work particularly well for some people.

The idea behind this method is that it gets you to constantly focus and think about what you are trying to manifest, which helps your subconscious mind and the universe bring it into being. You will recall that constantly focusing on what you are attempting to manifest is one of the most important parts of the process. This is a way to do that.

The basic process is this: three times a day you stop and focus on the thing you are currently trying to manifest. You do it once in the morning, once during the day, and once more before bed. Doing it three times a day is also part of the rule of three.

You can use a positive affirmation for this, visualization, meditation, or write in your manifestation journal. An example of an affirmation or a written sentence you could use would be “I am manifesting X.” You write it or say it aloud three times in the first session, six times during the second session, and nine times during the bedtime session. This is where the process gets its name.

If you choose to use visualization or mediation, you can adjust it to account for that by doing your visualization for three minutes in the first session, six minutes in the second session, and nine minutes in the last one.

Your first session should be sometime in the morning before you get started with the day’s activities and the last session should be in the evening while you are winding down for bed or right before you lie down.

It does not matter when you do the middle session during the day, as long as you do it well before the final session. Consistency in accomplishing the three sessions is much more important than consistency in the time.

One aspect of this method that is important is that you need to stop what you are doing to do it. You do not need to do this in a rush. Take a deep breath, find someplace quiet, and do the method there. Then you get back into the swing of your day.
